Our return policy is valid if you are not completely satisfied with any product due to (a) defects in design, materials and workmanship, (b) unsatisfactory quality or fit for the purposes for which they are intended, or (c) the products being past their expiry date after the goods were delivered.

We are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within seven days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.

UAE Delivery Times and Costs

Free delivery across the UAE on orders above 149 AED. A delivery charge of 20 AED is applied on orders below 149 AED.

Orders made from 10am to 11pm will be delivered the next working day. Orders made between 12am and 9am will be delivered the same day or the next working in case of holidays and weekends.

KSA Delivery Times and Costs

Free delivery across to Saudi Arabia on orders above 100 SAR. A delivery charge of 20 SAR is applied on orders below 100 SAR. Orders to Saudi Arabia are delivered by Aramex within 1-3 days

Kuwait Delivery Times and Costs

Free delivery to Kuwait on orders above 50 KWD. A delivery charge of 4 KWD is applied on orders below 50 KWD. Orders to Kuwait are delivered by Aramex within 3-5 days.

Bahrain Delivery Times and Costs

Free delivery to Bahrain on orders above 50 BHD. A delivery charge of 5 BHD is applied on orders below 50 BHD. Orders to Bahrain are delivered by Aramex within 1-2 days.
